A light industry and warehouse building constructed on a base slab. The building features five bays merging into four bays, and a part of the interior is served by a gantry crane. The mezzanine inside provides more warehouse floor without any need for extra illumination and which features easy access by forklift trucks, platform trucks, and similar equipment. The building has a parapet wall along a part of the roof to ensure fire protection and a neat aesthetic finish. The parapet wall also protects from snow slides and falling from height. The building is provided with sliding doors and windows to admit daylight.
